I've been gone too long, think it's time to bring it back ^.^

1.Fighting for Continued Life

They never think about what happens to us when they forget us. Never. They don't realize that we live for them, and once their need of us is gone... Well, so are we. I've seen so many of us, yelling at the top of our lungs, crying out to them, trying to hold on a little longer before we become just a faded memory. By the time we start disappating, it's too late. They've already forgotten. If they don't remember us, how will they ever see us? It's a half life, quite literally. It's a blessing and a curse. They love us, with all of their hearts when they need us... but so quickly, we become nothing. We have to live through them. It's our only way of survival.

I never thought it'd happen to me. We were too close, how could she ever forget me? But here we were. I'm screaming. I'm trying to grab her arm, to get her attention, only to have attempt after attempt fail.

No wait! She looked at me. She looked right at me, right where I am standing. She saw me, even if just for a split second. We aren't supposed to tell them... we aren't supposed to let them know that we are just their creations, and so easily disposed of. That would ruin the happiness and appeal of it... But I want to keep going. I don't want to lose her. I don't want to lose my life. There's so much love and happiness.... I have to tell her... Oh, I'm going to get in so much trouble.

This is a story of imaginary friends, and what happens when we forget them. It is a fight for life, and for friendship. The imaginary friend (me) is doing everything she can to keep her human's interest in her going, even if it means telling her the forbidden truth. The conscience (the group of familiars in charge) will stop at nothing to continue their ways. In a battle between freedom, and the unappealing fate laid before (the imaginary friend), which side will win?

I need someone to assume the role of human, or of a conscience member. If you assume the role, of human we will both be fighting against the conscience (who will be played by both of us, as they appear), and if you choose the conscience then the human will be played by me as a secondary background character (to prevent forceful forgetting).

2.Monsters Under the Bed

All her life, she thought the monster lived under her bed, waiting for her. Now that she's older, she's not so afraid. She knows something lives under her bed, still. Call her crazy if you must, but it does. It's the monster, and she's going to confront it next time it rears its ugly little head.

That's why she was sitting there. Waiting. Just like it used to wait for her.

As she sat there waiting, she heard footsteps coming towards her room, and she quickly stood up, turning towards her bedroom door. Her father stumbled in, seemingly drunk and smiling at

her. Something wasn't right. As a matter of fact, something was very, very wrong. He had this look in his eye, something he had never had before.

"Dad?" She asked, starting to walk towards him until he started twitching.

Next thing she knew, she was being grabbed at her ankles, drug under her bed and into a pit of shadows and darkness, and she was screaming, clawing at anything she could hope to grab, with no results. The last thing she saw before falling into darkness was her father, chasing her, but not because he wanted to help... no, he had hunger in his eyes, and was trying to grab his meal before it was taken from him.

This is a "everything's not what it seems" kind of roleplay. The girl (me, preferably) spends her whole life thinking that the monster under her bed is out to get her, when it has been watching over her to protect her when the time came. The true monsters in this story will be her parents, who will be demons disguised as humans, but not knowing yet who they really are. Sort of like a demon buried deep in their soul, but doesn't achieve full power until a certain milestone has been hit (which is to be determined). When the supposed monster drags her under the bed and into the dark pits of the realm he resides in, he explains what's going on to her, and how her parents are really demons in human shells.

Hi, my name is Hayley (aka Raynee), and I'm an editor. I'm not the best artist in the world, but I'm trying to get better. I do have a passion for editing, whether it be photography itself, or roleplaying characters- I will do it. The art I use to edit is not my own, and I give 100% credit to the artists that made the images. I hope you enjoy my art, and if you have any requests, by all means... let me know!
